Shelton Community Partnership Socially Distanced Litter Pick

Join us for a socially distanced Litter Pick in conjunction with Shelton Community Partnership, VINCI Construction and Staffordshire University

  • Date:
  • Time: 10am – 2pm

On Thursday 29 April 2021, in collaboration with VINCI Construction UK and the Shelton Community Partnership, we will be hosting a socially distant community litter pick across the Shelton area.

We’re looking for colleagues, students and members of the local community who’d like to volunteer for an hour or two to help us clean up Shelton. There are three designated times you can sign up for (outlined below) and each slot will cover a specific geographical area so we can maximise our collective efforts from East to West Shelton.

Sustainability and social value commitments are at the heart of The Catalyst project which is why alongside VINCI Construction UK we’re pledging to support our local community with this event. Alongside this, Shelton Community Partnership and Staffordshire University are working together for a better Shelton and are committed to making it a great place to live, work and study.

This event will be socially distanced and comply with current UK Government COVID-19 regulations and restrictions. Groups will be permitted up to a maximum of six participants to comply with the current ‘Rule of Six’. All participants taking part should stay 2 metres apart from anyone who is not in your household or support bubble where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place (such as wearing face coverings) if you cannot stay 2 metres apart.
