Fine Art students collaborate during performance by The London Tango Quintet

Second year Fine Art student James Blair works as creative producer alongside local arts group to capture the atmosphere of live music performance.

As part of the placement and employability module on BA (Hons) Fine Art, second year student James Blair worked as a Creative Producer during a performance by The London Tango Quintet, as fellow students captured the performance through a range of mediums, producing lively artistic outcomes.

Hosted at nearby Keele Chapel, in a collaboration with ArtsKeele, fantastic works were created during the atmospheric performance held in candle light.
Artists captured their response to the music, audience and atmosphere of the concert.
The placement was facilitated by Professor Anna Francis and James hopes that is is the start of a continuous collaboration between our Fine Art cohort and events hosted at the nearby Keele Chapel.
