The Student Advice Team is responsible for enhancing the student experience of all students studying at the University of Staffordshire.

Our Advisors provide group workshops and 1-2-1 information, advice, guidance, and pastoral support for students on a variety of areas including:

  • Information on Money Matters, from budgeting to applying to Student Support Fund, when students are struggling with financial concerns

  • Access to and the promotion of resources available via Blackbullion

  • Advice and guidance on academic processes including Information, advice and guidance on Exceptional Circumstances, Appeals, Student Success Support Fund claims etc.

  • Immigration advice related to the Student Route and UKVI compliance

  • Advice on adjusting to life in the UK

Centre for Health Innovation Drop-ins: (Blackheath Lane, Stafford): Student Advisor will be available in CH0056, Blackheath Lane every Monday, 9.30a.m. - 4.00p.m.

Staffordshire University London Drop-ins: In-person drop-ins will take place at the Here East Campus every Thursday between 11am and 3pm:  You can find us on the third floor in the Student Services Hub.
