Timetabling & Resource Support Assistant - I am responsible for the timetabling and booking of all rooms for the Faculty of Health Sciences at Blackheath Lane, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, and Princess Royal Hospital and I am also able to book Faculty owned rooms at the Stoke Campus. I also undertake some Personnel duties such as processing Specialist Lecture claims for payment, Eligibility to Work in the UK paperwork and Secondment contract preparation. The Faculty of Health Sciences Induction Pack is also updated by me on a quarterly basis.
