I am a Lecturer in Business, Management and Leadership in the School of Justice, Security and Sustainability at Staffordshire University. I lead and teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in the business School, and I am also involved in research. I am very passionate about preserving my local language which is Ibibio based on that I am working with the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Education, Nigeria to design Ibibio language teaching materials for schools.
Prior to my appointment, I was a Lecturer in Business and Management at Global Banking school and a Visiting Lecturer at University of Law, where I led and taught on several undergraduate and postgraduate modules.
