Kieron Chadwick

Kieron is a business academic, author, and former industry professional, qualified to doctorate level via the CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership. He is a proud first generation university attendee, having obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Management via the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) with Glasgow Caledonian University.

He later completed an MSc in Management with Human Resources with the University of Lincoln. Kieron is a Chartered Manager and Fellow (CMgr FCMI) of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a Fellow (FHEA) of AdvanceHE, and Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) with the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS).

Kieron has previously worked in several capacities within independent training providers and awarding organisations, including as an Assessor/Coach, Internal Quality Assurer, External Quality Assurer, Operations Manager, and Head of Work Based Learning, most of which included extensive project management experience.

He is also an accomplished entrepreneur. In 2019, he founded Academy of Assessors Limited, winner of SME News’ ‘Best Distance Learning Training Provider - 2020.’ He later exited the business as part of its sale to a consultancy group.

Enterprise and commercial interests

In May 2019, Kieron founded education start-up Academy of Assessors Limited, winner of SME News's ‘Best Distance Learning Training Provider – 2020’ award. He later exited the business as part of its sale to a consultancy group. Kieron is also a self-published author, his book ‘Intrapreneurship - a guide for stakeholders’ explores the competencies needed to achieve transformation as part of a multi-stakeholder approach.
