In the past, I have held senior leadership positions in the private and further education sector as well as Early Years. With a background in Training and Assessing Operational Management and Senior Leadership supporting the development of new and existing employees in the workplace up to and including degree and higher apprenticeships. I have extensive experience of course design, development, validation, delivery and assessment of apprenticeships across all levels.

I Have built strong links with external small and large businesses nationally through apprenticeship company links. I have also developed and delivered an array of higher and degree apprenticeships, as well as generating income for the University through successful tender writing.
