This workshop will support students in drawing topical cartoons. The participants engage with current Cartoon & Comic Arts students in producing topical cartoon and narrative ideas.
Avant Garde to High Street
Give your students an overview of what the fashion industry is about, showing it's not just all about design, there are lots of other creative roles as well as business! Using provided images of architecture for inspiration, your students will use methods to design highly creative garments on paper. They will then tame these designs down to produce more commercial designs, giving them an insight into both ends of the market.
Textile Design
Students will have the opportunity to explore some hand embroidery techniques.
Repeat Pattern Digital Design
This workshop will give students the opportunity to learn how to create repeat pattern designs using computer software.

Fine Art - Green Screen
This workshop will allow students to generate new digital images that put you at the centre of art history. Using green screen technology we will allow you to time travel within some of the worlds more famous art works. The workshop not only introduces students to new ways of working with digital images in a Fine Art context but also incorporates Art History and how we use art in contemporary society.
Graphics & Illustration - Typography & Letterform
By cutting letters/characters out of the printed sheets provided and positioning and gluing them down, create images with letterforms. Look at the shapes within the letterforms and how the might link with something visually and create images of anything you want.
Workshop sessions can also be delivered as standalone half day events.
