Standard ensuite cluster block rooms

For a lively and social student experience, our standard cluster blocks provide the classic halls atmosphere.

All bedrooms in our Cluster Blocks are ensuite and feature modern furnishings creating the perfect retreat after a long day at University. They also offer a calm space to study and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of halls life.

You'll also enjoy a shared open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area within your cluster, perfect for social gatherings and communal living. Communal laundry facilities are also available on the ground floor within each block.

Cluster Block Studios

Say hello to modern, stylish studio apartment-style living on campus.

Our Cluster Block Studios offer spacious, self-contained rooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, individual kitchenettes, and living areas. They’re perfect for students who want a little more privacy and the convenience of having everything within their own space. Plus, you’ll still have access to the shared lounge and dining spaces on the ground floor, so you won’t miss out on those all-important social moments and memories made in halls.

We expect that the first wave of Cluster Block rooms (including studios) will be available for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Townhouses

  • 2 townhouse blocks
  • 144 rooms
  • Featuring share open plan groundfloor living areas

If you’re seeking a homely experience with the added convenience of your own ensuite, look no further than our contemporary Townhouses.

Our cozy townhouse blocks offer the best in modern, sustainable living. Each block is home to six townhouse residences, featuring 12 ensuite bedrooms spread across three upper levels.

Upstairs, you’ll have your own private space, complete with an ensuite bathroom, study area, and ample storage. Downstairs, you’ll find a shared open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room that opens out onto a rear terrace—a perfect spot to socialise and unwind after a day at the University.

We anticipate the first wave of rooms in our Townhouses will be available for the 2025/2026 academic year.
