Paying your deposit
If you’re an international fee-payer, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your place.
- Full-time, on-campus courses: £6,500
- Sponsored students: No deposit required, please send your sponsorship letter to the International Admissions team.
- Blended learning LPC: £500
- Distance learning: No deposit required
Please note that the University reserves the right to close admissions early. Therefore, we recommend that applicants make their deposit payments early to avoid disappointment. You can make your deposit payment via our trusted payment partner, Convera. Your deposit is your commitment to study at University of Staffordshire and is usually non-refundable. Full terms and conditions can be found in our International Deposit Refund Policy.
If you require a Student visa, we won’t be able to start processing your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) until your deposit has been received and cleared by our bank. Please refer to your offer letter for full details of the Pre-CAS requirements and CAS issuance process.
International Admissions Deadlines
This year, we have introduced a two-tier system for our deadlines to ensure that we can support our applicants in arriving on time to commence their studies. As always, if you are unable to meet the deadlines, please contact the International Admissions team so that we can discuss your individual circumstances.
For further details about deadlines, please see Deadlines for September 2025 entry.
